We are safely shipping your orders using Royal Mail and other couriers. We are fortunate to be able to have a contact free collection. Please note there can be delays in the handling and receiving of your parcel due to the pandemic.

Products, with the exception of PREORDER items will be dispatched within 7 working days of purchase date tho we will always endeavour to ship items more quickly. Orders going to a UK address are posted Tracked by Royal Mail. Larger items will be posted by Parcelforce, DHL or Hermes.
For UK deliveries allow up to 7-10 working days (with the exception of holidays, dates will be announced in the top menu)
For international orders due to the current pandemic please allow up to 6 weeks to be delivered (depending on the country).
For orders outside of the UK:
Please note; you may depending on the value of goods be charged for local import duties and customs charges on the arrival of the goods in your country when orders are shipped. This is out of our control and we do not mark orders as a gift to avoid this. We have a legal obligation to include shipping costs as part of our customs declaration. Shipping costs are also applicable for a VAT charge.
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your country of residence for importing goods. These charges vary from country to country and are out of our control. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
Gemma Koomen Shop is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Gemma Koomen Shop to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
