UK Christmas orders last shipping dates:

19 December: Standard shipping 

20 December: Express shipping

23 December: Special Delivery

Please note, Special Delivery is the most reliable option followed by Express shipping. If it is very important your order arrives before Christmas we recommend  "Special Delivery"

EU shipping 

EU VAT

For retail orders below 150 EURO (excluding tax and shipping) what you pay is the final price and you won’t be charged EU VAT when your order comes into your country. Your order will pass through customs swiftly. For orders over 150 EURO please place two separate orders or contact us with a list of what you would like to order on hello@gemmakoomen.com. Please note, original paintings priced above €150 cannot be split into separate orders and will be subject to customs charges and EU VAT.

International shipping

Although we aim dispatch your orders on the next working day all regular shipping services are not guaranteed to arrive within 1-2 weeks, this is an estimate. Please also allow for delays.

Wholesale Shipping

Minimum order of £100: Express shipping (1-3 days) £7.95

Import duties, taxes and fees

International shipping duties, taxes and fees may apply. You are responsible for any import taxes duties or fees your country may charge you for importing our products.

International delivery costs vary depending on location and weight, please select the items you are interested in and you will receive a postage quote according to weight and delivery location. 

Europe and rest of world delivery:

We are shipping Mondays to Fridays using royal mail and the following couriers: Parcelforce, Hermes, DHL, TNT, Landmark or other courier depending on services available.

 

Though the situation is changing daily, we are still shipping to most of Europe as normal and most other countries.

USA, Canada and Australia have increased surcharges so we have updated our prices to reflect this and now have an option offering an untracked delivery for those wishing a more economical delivery.

Where possible we are offering untracked delivery to other countries. If your order is untracked and does not arrive within 6 weeks please send us an email for assistance.

 

International orders can take between 7 to 30 business days to be delivered (depending on the country) but all deliveries will be subject to delays which may be significant.
